Adam P. Deisinger

Biography

As a trial lawyer for more than 15 years, Mr. Deisinger has focused primarily on the defense of hospital systems, physicians, mid-level providers and long-term care facilities against claims of malpractice and professional negligence. He has tried cases to winning verdicts and has argued multiple successful appeals at the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. He also counsels healthcare professionals through investigations and disciplinary proceedings before New York State’s Office of Professional Medical Conduct (“OPMC”), Office of Professional Discipline (“OPD”), as well as the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs.

After graduating cum laude from St. Bonaventure University in 2007, Mr. Deisinger obtained his law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he also graduated cum laude in 2010.

Mr. Deisinger has been selected to the Super Lawyers Upstate New York Rising Stars list in the area of medical malpractice defense each year since 2018 and is listed in the American Registry as a Top Rising Attorney. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association; the Niagara County Bar Association; the New York State Bar Association; and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
